• Does cocomango offer Returns and Refunds?

Given the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted. Refunds, where applicable, are processed solely at the discretion of our team following a thorough review of the submitted documentation. However, we are happy to arrange an exchange should you receive a damaged or incorrect item

  • How to raise an exchange request:

If your order arrives damaged or does not match what you ordered, please contact us at support@cocomango.in within 24 hours of receiving your delivery, along with clear photos and a short video of the item.

  • What your photos and video must show: 

The product must be placed inside its original packaging, clearly displaying the damage. Please ensure the item is captured in its received condition without any further handling or alterations.

  • How exchanges are processed:

All exchange requests are reviewed by our team upon receipt of the submitted photos and video. Exchanges will only be approved if the documentation meets our eligibility criteria as outlined above.
